Mr. Robert E. Perry, of Medina, passed away on February 10, 2016 at his home.
Mr. Perry was born in Pembroke, New York September 16, 1931, a son of the late Erford and Lorraine (Tyler) Perry. A graduate of Corfu High School, class of 1949, he served in the US Air Force from 1952-1956. On August 23, 1958, he married the former Priscilla Helms. Mr. Perry was employed as a building inspector at the Rochester Psychiatric Center and in construction as a carpenter. He enjoyed doing carpentry work.
Survivors include his wife, Priscilla, 5 children, Christine (Tim) Herberger, Sharon (William) Reinhold, Teresa (Michael) Bojanowski, Robert (Debra) Perry and Cynthia Miens; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Roger (Linda) Perry of Basom and Roy Perry of Akron; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Saturday, February 27, 2016 (1-2PM) at the Cooper Funeral Home, 215 West Center Street, Medina. Military honors will be accorded at the funeral home at 2PM by members of Butts-Clark Post #204, American Legion and Lincoln Post #1483, VFW.
Memorials may be made to the family, American Heart Assn or Hospice of Orleans County.
