I had the pleasure of getting to know Rena through Medina First Baptist Church. Rena was a ray of sunshine that illuminated every corner of that large sanctuary every Sunday. She truly was a beautiful spirit and radiated light everywhere she went. I so missed her when she left for Florida. We were actually wondering about her at a church meeting because we hadn't heard from her when we found out she had passed. I'm sure her spirit was visiting us, saying goodbye, which is why she was came to mind. I know she is living gloriously in heaven with all the other "angels" from earth. She was a blessing and I am so glad we got to know her and share in her life. She was and will be missed by all who knew her. Take comfort in knowing she is watching over all of us now from heaven and we will be reunited one day.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Sevenski family during this difficult time. I will always remember Rena's smile and laugh. I am sure there is quite the reunion of family and friends going on in heaven right now!

There are people in your life that add happiness, beauty, and warmth to it. Auntie Rena was one of those people. She was a great example of a Christian woman, one who loves with her whole heart, was unselfish, and full of life and laughter. I have so many great memories of Auntie Rena, and my heart is sad to know I will not see her smiling face again, here on earth. I take great comfort in knowing I will see her again in Heaven, with all of the other loved ones that await us there! My prayers go out to the family as they learn to live with this big hole in their lives. May you be comforted in the many beautiful memories, I am sure you have! Love, The Corser's (Scott, Patti, Regina, Justin, Jacob, Kaley, &Sarah)

"Aunt Rena" was one of a kind. So sweet, never a negative word or thought from her. I have her sugar cookie recipe
that I will hold on to and cherish. My sympathies to Rol and Tracy and family-Marcia Howie and family and to my "Mother and Father" Al and Joyce Houseman. I am sure she will be missed by all of you, cherish the moments you have now because it doesn't take long for them to turn to memories. Debby

Johnny and I are so sorry to hear of Auntie Rena's passing. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. We have so many great memories of her. She came into my life when I met Johnny and she attended our wedding with Uncle Mearl. They were people we looked up to. We will cherish all the times we spent with them. And because the family was so large with many events, we saw Auntie Rena often, at every baby shower, bridal shower, weddings and funerals. She never missed anything! I always remember sitting with her and usually Auntie Leona, talking with the 2 of them for hours sometimes. Johnny and I will miss her so much! And a few other little memories, she always had great hair, was dressed to the hill and a great dancer!!! Love you Auntie Rena, may you rest in peace with the Lord! You will never be forgotten!
