I am saddened to hear from Roberta Estep that my step brother Jimmy has passed away.I never got to spend much time with him as our family was split up ,and I lived in the Elmira area my whole life.I remember what a nice boy he was at eight years old. that was when I first met him as I was 16.
May he rest in peace,Amen
