To Neil's Family and Friends,
I regret hearing of Neil's passing.
We met when I reported to Elmira as a Dep in 1987, where he was a Captain.
I have a fond memory of being on duty with him one weekend when we were advised of a problem brewing in the Ball Park. We both went to the gate of the recreation area where we found a "tense" situation.
As we entered the area, Neil looked around and said, "I have a plan, Sir. We (referring to him and I) can surround them and intimidate them."
We looked at each other and started laughing loudly. It seemed to break the tension and there were no further problems.
A great guy a great colleague and a great buddy.
