Obituary of Megan Bea McMullen

Megan B. McMullen, of Albion, died unexpectedly at her home on December 18, 2017.

Megan was born in Hammondsport, NY, August 29, 1984, a daughter of Rosanne (Heminway) Russo and Kenneth Wayne Saternus.  A graduate of L.A. Webber High School, Lyndonville class of 2002, she was employed as a customer service representative at Chase Bank.  She married Kevin J. McMullen on August 28, 2010. 

Megan was always bubbly, loved to talk and had a big heart.  She will be remembered as “bossy and dramatic, fantastic, fiercely loyal and a good best friend”.  She loved her dogs, Skyy and Pebbles.

Survivors include her husband, Kevin; her mother, Rosanne Russo; her father, Kenneth Wayne Saternus; 7 sisters, Amy Mauragis, Jill (Scott) Walker, Krista Travis, Elly (Scott) Schaffer, Tricia Saternus Marciszewski, Heidi Saternus States and Melissa (Chris) Steiner; her mother and father-in-law, Diane (James) McMullen; brother-in-law, Kyle (Nicole) McMullen; sister-in-law, Kelsey McMullen; grandparents-in-law, Magdalen and J. David Pack; several  nieces and nephews including a special “sister”, Desiree Bailey.  She was predeceased  by her step father, Phil Russo.

Friends may call on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017 (4-7) at the Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina where memories will be shared at 7 PM followed by a gathering at Lakewood Village in Medina
