Obituary of Gordon K. Hooker, II
Mr. Gordon K. Hooker, II, of Middleport, passed away early Thursday morning, September 13, 2018 at the Brothers of Mercy Nursing & Rehab Center in Clarence.
Mr. Hooker was born in Westfield, July 7, 1946, a son of the late Gordon Keith and Jean (Burch) Hooker.
He was employed by Bob Hastings Automotive Group, as an automobile technician, at their Greece dealership. He was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church in Gasport, was a Boy Scout Leader with Troop 28, a proud father of three Eagle Scouts and a member of the Medina Conservation Club.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine (Henning) Hooker; 2 sons, Joseph (Kimberly) Hooker and Gregory (Renee) Hooker; grandchildren, Nathan, Joshua and Michael; his brother, Ronald James Hooker, sister, Patricia (David) Nothum. He was predeceased by his parents, Gordon and Jean Hooker and his son, Kelly David Hooker, on July 27, 2008 and his brother, Kenneth “Skip” Hooker
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Graveside Committal Service on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018 at 11AM at Cold Springs Cemetery, Lockport. The Rev. Rodney J Klinzing will officiate.
