My sincerest condolences for the entire family. Miss Tierney was my 3rd grade teacher in 1978. She was one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve ever known. She was an outstanding teacher. I’ve used many of her lessons and approaches with my own students during my 25+ teaching career. She meant so much to so many of us.
