Obituary of Mary H. Stack

Mary H. Stack, 91, of Medina entered into rest on October 4, 2020 at the Medina Memorial Hospital, Long Term Care Unit.

Born October 10, 1928 in North Collins, NY, Mary was a daughter of the late Hamilton and Gwendolyn (Burk) Hibbard. She married Stanley Stack on May 3, 1947. She worked for New York Telephone Co., FMC, Grinnell-Feller Coal Oil Co., Peter Snell Real Estate, and retired from Canalside Realty in Albion as office manager/broker. Mary was a member of the Sacred Heart Club Auxiliary and the Senior Citizens of Western Orleans. She enjoyed genealogy, bowling, knitting and doing crossword puzzles.

Beside her parents Mary was predeceased by her sisters, Ann Rowley, Dorothy Hannon and Myrna Ellis.

Survivors include her husband of 73 years, Stanley Stack of Medina; daughter, Lisa (Christopher) Joseph of Missouri; granddaughter, Allison Joseph of N. Carolina; brother, Howard (Marcia) Hibbard of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside committal service will be held on Friday, Oct. 9^th at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Medina. Memorial donations may be made to the Senior Citizen’s Center of Western Orleans. Arrangements are in the care of Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina.
