I know I speak for us all at Rosenkrans when I say Jerry will be missed. He was one of everyone's favorites! For me personally, I will miss our joking banter. He'd purposely not scratch the barcodes off on lotto tickets so I'd have to do it. I'd gripe or sometimes say nothing knowing he wanted a reaction. Endless, thanks Heather, no thank you Jerry, no no thank you Heather and on until one of us got sick of it. I loved talking about movies or the old places in Batavia we both were familiar with.
He always asked about the people who had moved on, how they are and what they're up to. He cared about us like we cared about him.
