Obituary of Beverly J. Porter

Beverly J. Porter, of Lyndonville, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Medina Memorial Hospital, North Wing Skilled Nursing Facility at the age of 85.

Born December 31, 1935 in Barker, NY Beverly was a daughter of the late Lewis “Buster” and Blanche (Mohn) Brown. She married William Porter on September 11, 1954. Beverly worked as head bookkeeper for Crosby-Whipple Oil Corp. in Lyndonville for many years. She was a quiet person who had a loving heart for all animals, especially her cats.

Survivors include her daughter, Lori (Kirk) Myhill of Shelby; grandson, Justin (Courtney) Myhill; granddaughter, Erika Myhill (fiancé, Dalton VerCruysse); a great-grandson, Lincoln Myhill; also several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her husband, William on August 3, 1994; and an infant son.

An hour of calling will be held on Friday, Oct. 8th from 5:00-6:00pm at Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina, where her funeral will immediately follow at 6:00pm. Interment will be in Hartland Central Cemetery, Gasport.
