Jane M. Barry, of Lyndonville, passed away on May 13, 2022 at Medina Memorial Hospital.

 

Born October 9, 1942 in Medina, Jane was a daughter of the late Norman B. and Helen M. (Robinson) Hungerford. She married the love of her life, Bernard N. Barry in 1960 and together raised a family of three children. Primarily a homemaker, Jane also did seasonal work for the Lyndonville Canning Factory. She was a lifelong and faithful member of the Lyndonville United Methodist Church. Jane loved flowers and enjoyed gardening.

 

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Bernard Barry of Lyndonville; three children, Daniel (Elizabeth) Barry of Canandaigua, Wendy Barry of Rochester and Robert Barry of Medina; three grandchildren, Danielle (Shane) Owens, Melissa Barry (fiancé, Aaron Griffin) and Jillian Barry (Jairus Martin); a great-granddaughter, Maeve Martin; sister, Betty (late Thomas) Kelley; and several nieces and nephews.

 

Her Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 18 at 1pm at the Lyndonville United Methodist Church, 102 N. Main St., Lyndonville. Interment will follow in Lynhaven Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lyndonville Fire Co., 148 N. Main St., Lyndonville, NY 14098 or to the Lyndonville United Methodist Church at the address above.
