Jessie had a heart of such compassion for her family and friends. Her humor could break silence,into a happy moment. Her cooking was great! She made this one dish that everyone loved. It was made with beef stew meat,olives,pimentos,capers,potatoes,spanish spices,plnk beans,butternut squash,tomato sauce and rice. This food dish is great to try. She will be missed by many. Thinking of you, Mr.Lugo, your family and all that knew her.
