Helen T. Mauragis passed into eternal life on Thursday, November 17, 2016. She was born on May 15, 1925, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Mortka) Kubatek.
Survivors include daughters, Patricia (Ancel) Lyons of Medina, Gloria (Fred) Fierch of Middleport, Deborah (Joseph) Russo of Medina and sons, Donald (Diane) McCauley of Venice, Florida and Michael (Kathy) McCauley of Medina. She was predeceased by son, Ronald McCauley. She is also survived by sisters, Florence Andrews and Bernice Sheldon, along with sixteen grandchildren, numerous great- grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.
Helen was the sister of deceased siblings, Waldimar Kubatek, Francis Kubatek, Adeline Schultz and Stanley Kubatek.
Helen enjoyed her children and grandchildren along with travel, painting and crocheting.
She and her late husband, Frank, were owners of the Silver Dollar in Medina. Helen was also a member of Holy Trinity Parish in Medina.
A Catholic Rite of Committal will be celebrated by Rev. Daniel Fawls at the convenience
of the family.
